8 new China food safety national standards issued for the first time

3rd September 2014, the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC) and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) have jointly published a Notice (Notice No. 21 of 2014) to approve 259 new China national standards.
These national standards involved multiple fields and most of them will come into force in the first half of 2015. What is more, there are several food safety national standards were issued for the first time in this Notice (please refer to the following table).
